Recruit as Cadets before Commencement of Presea Training. •Selection after Interview and Selection by Employer Company. Offer Sponsorship Letter for Appointment on Course Completion as per your Specified Conditions. Facilitate fleet joining of Cadets on meeting their Appointment Criteria. College plays the role of Cadet Manager on your behalf.

Completes training and your chosen courses as per your specified criteria in Offer Letter within reasonable time frame and reports to your company for joining fleet as On Board Trainee Cadet under your employment, signs time bound employment contract (optional choice of employer). Bears his own cost of training without any expenses or strings attached to Recruiting Shipping Company.
