Certification Award: By Anna University, Chennai
Course Schedule: Once a Year. Academic year schedule as per dates announced by affiliating University. Usually during September Month of every calendar year. Presea Training Routine as per DGS Guidelines. Course Curriculum as per Anna University syllabus.
Batch Schedule: 1st working day of the September month every year.
Booking Schedule: Up to 1 year in advance. Before 2 Weeks from the date of Course Commencement.
Eligibility: Generic Eligibility for Class 12th Students with 60% in PCM for 1st Year admissions. Lateral Entry direct second year admissions for Engineering Diploma Holders from any stream. Fees Structure: For all India Students – Offered as part of Deck Cadetship program including Sailing Placement to be in conformance to Onboard Training Norms of DGS Office. This training package includes few value added and Corporate Certifications for enhanced job competence and recruitment considerations. For Tamil Nadu Students: State Government Quota seats allotted through Management under specific request for Rs. 1.53 Lakhs fees per year (10 seats only on rank list). Contact College for admissions under this quota.
Scholarships: Ishan Udhay Scheme, Higher Education Scholarship Scheme for Central Government. Post Metric Scholarship scheme for students from Kerala, Bihar, Jharkhand, Andaman & Nicobar Islands are facilitated as per rules of their respective State Governments.
Bank Loans: Upto Rs. 7 Lakhs student education loan provided through Banks by Central Government without any property security. Application to be made under Vidhyalakshmi portal and followed up through respective District Collectors. For above Rs. 7 Lakhs education loan, provided with property security under the same process. Bonafide Certificate and other docs for applying loan provided by College after seat reservation.
