Health and Travel Insurance facilitated as part of employee payroll for those in permanent employment completing 11 months in continuous service. Option exists with employees to include their dependents and any additional rider of their choice by payment to the underwriting insurance company.
Additional Paid Leaves
Additional paid holidays for senior academic management members from distant places in the form of Earned Leaves. One additional Earned Leave is facilitated from 2nd and 3rd years of their service depending on their seniority of designations. Cumulative availing of Weekly Holidays along with one SL and one CL in a unitary manner. For those officers from Nearby Areas, weekends are Provided as Holidays.
Fair Exit Process
Exit upon request is facilitated at the end of every academic semester with minimum time period despite the customarily followed norm of three months of notice period. On any employee being terminated from service for lack of performance, one month notice period is followed to enable them find alternative opportunities. On any staff member being appointed in Government Service or Lady staff members being relocated on marriage, early exit is facilitated.
Cooperative Society Membership
Membership for Staff Cooperative and Thrift Society is offered to all employees. They are encouraged to participate in its administration depending upon their experience and service within the Organisation. Objective being staff welfare and salary advance credits to members in association with NBFCs / Banks. Not applicable for Officers from Senior Sailing Ranks.
