How to Use

Total five types of support desk available for assistance of student cadets. (1) College Helpdesk of Alumni Association for Alumni Cadets; (2) College Helpdesk for Cadets yet to Complete their Onboard Training and yet to Receive Course Completion Certificate; (3) Support to Student Cadets pursing or admitted in STCW Modular Courses including BST Course; (4) Repeater Exams Facilitation by Exams Cell of College – Online Links Generation for repeater student cadets of STCW Modular Courses and Other Presea Courses; (5) Onboarding Team Support by Admissions Cell for students admitted but yet to commence their courses. Alumni Support: Alumni Queries Coordinated by Alumni Association

Student Cadets and Alumni can raise support tickets briefing their queries, issues or grievances in regard to which assistance of college is required to alumni association using forms below. Please note that assistance is available over email or support portal only.

Create an account with this Support Portal to keep track of all your tickets and its responses from College. You can view replies on the ticket created by you. All new ticket and your old tickets would be retained for a period of 6 years only. Your account needs to be created by using account creation form displayed in the login page. This support portal is maintained by Alumni Association.

You can see replies, documents sent by Alumni Association on behalf of College and you can also send document from inside support portal. You can alternatively keep track of replies to ticket via same replies received to your email inboxes. (You have to be logged in to view and submit these forms)

Student Support for STCW BST Course: By STCW BST Course Team

STCW BST Cadets having queries in regard to their e-learning, INDoS or Certification may contact STCW BST Team with relevant support form below in the “Raise Support Ticket Page”. For repeat appearance in online exit exams, use form for contacting Exam Cell of Marine College using form link provided for the same. (You have to be logged in to view and submit these forms – create account using format details in the login page)

Admitted Students Yet to Join College: Onboarding Team

After admissions “onboarding queries” can be raised using the relevant support form below for any clarifications or assistance. Remember to give time of “Two Working Days” for response from College.

Alumni requesting generation of Course Completion Certificate from DGS eGovernance Portal, submit form and wait for assistance. It may take maximum of three working days to generate the same, if all documents had been submitted in a proper manner by uploading.
